Hi chaps got this problem with this vito van, when you insert the ignition key and turn on the ignition a 'start error' message is displayed on the dash. These keys do have chip in them and we have tried his spare key. If you try and crank the engine nothing happens. We have traced the the started wiring back to the starter relay and there is no main feed up to the relay, if you induce a feed at this relay then starter will spin but it won't fire. Sounds like an immobilizer problem?? any tips or has it got to go the dealer??
    Thanks in advance Stuart MacKinnon
