Hi all. Have a non starter. I am sure engine is X17DT (one with ECU mounted on top of engine). No diesel coming through - will start with a little easy start. Replaced pump (code was stored for pump cam rotor sensor) car eventually started but needed to use easy start to kick it in. Vehicle drove 1/2 mile missed a few beats and cut out. Have checked all timing and connections etc. no codes stored. Must admit when car first came in I jumped to conclusion of pump with the code that was read - I did not even attempt to start with easy start or towing etc I have only been trying this since pump was fitted.
