Hi all,This vehicle is a non-runner.
Glow plug light does not come on when ign is switched on.
No power to the fuel solenoid on the pump
I cannot communicate with the system - tried 3 scan tools - Reflex-KTS-TEXA Axone
What we noticed is that while cranking the rev counter and speed indication are moving up and down.
Checked all the earths, cleaned the paint below them - no difference
The Accelerator Pedal Position sensor has 4 wires on which we get 2 x 7.5v, 0v and 7.5~7.1 WOT.
There is a voltage of 7.5~8v on most supply wires at the ECU and at the sensors.
Checked the main harness from the ECU to the sensors and to the pump, it is ok.
CKP sensor is working fine
