Hi Andy, you'll need to have a look at the primary ign signals on a scope.Make sure the power supply and current flow are ok also.The current should be approx 6a for 3ms on these (from memory so check this if you can).
Also just because the ECU has been tested it doesent mean its ok, the test equipment can miss faults!
