Hi John, couple of things that spring to mind, there is a 4" piece of pipe that joins two secondary air pump pipes just under the throttle housing, these have a habit of splitting. also the egr pipe to the exhaust manifold and even the manifold cracks. Have you scoped the o2 sensors? What's the other gas readings? HTH Chris
