Hello John this usually has a electric pump at nearside front behind bumper. Nearby there is a heavy duty 2 pin connector with an earth and a live supply to the motor when engine is running. Try running a seperate supply to prove pump is working. Pump is quite common to fail/seize also possible ignition switch is faulty if there is no supply hth jez
