Hi John!
All the TDI VW's & AUDI's ive worked on
also have mass air flow sensors which
are unreliable.the shear lack of power
suggests maf.try scoping maf snap throttle
and you should have two camels humps.
the second hump should be taller than the
first around 4.25 volts.
