Thanks Guys, I have tried all your advice and with the help of the RMI help line have got no where with this vehicle. The fuel system is marellie IAW8P.20 No.16291-104 ser no.9625694180 12v. I have since tried bleed ing in air and watched closely the O2 sensor which is switching but one concern when perfect gas figures are achieved at idle the O2 sensor switches at 50-80mv at tad too low for my liking. instantly raising the rpm it goes to 900mv and you see the co rising to 3.5% the O2 only switches between 800-100mv during the period of idle after you drop the revs, when the gases start dropping off back to perfect figures. O2 gas stays constant at about .02 at all revs. I have tried this one with the wheels off the ground in gear, introducing a fault code to run on limp home all to no avail. I have scoped the inj duration for multi pulsing and it runs 3.1ms at idle and drops to 2.9ms at 2500 so where is the extra fuel coming from? I have checked the heater circuit in the O2 sensor, also isolated the EVAP system, checked the breather system for blockage etc, tested the fuel pressure all good. I have replaced the MAP sensor and have now been able to substitute an ECU none of which have made any difference HELP.
