    Most of the time this vehicle runs fine. No MIL or codes stored. Occasionally (usually when part warm) the CO goes >8% and the vehicle (not surprisingly) runs rough and sometimes stops. We have only managed to produce this fault twice, for a short time, under workshop conditions. When the fault occurs the O2 sensor voltage is .9 and the injector duration is 2.5ms (usually 1.2ms) All other sensors (including CTS) appear to be OK. Opening throttle slightly appeared to rectify problem (although I could not categorically state this as fact as the test time was very short before fault cleared completely) but fault reappeared when back to idle.

    I am suspecting ECU but would value any input.
