    Hi Derek, Ive had this with a few Daewoo's.Ive always found that if you reset the idle valve manually by cycling the ign or using your handset the idle is then ok for approx 3-5 months.Then the fault returns again.I found that if you disconnect the ECU for approx 10 secs and reconnect then the fault disappears for 3-5 months again.
    Ive sent the last ones ECU off for testing after explaining that the fault disappears after disconnecting the ECU, GUESS WHAT NO FAULT FOUND!
    I put a switch in the memory supply to the ECU and the owner resets the ECU with this,but I found that the switch had to be off for at least six hours to reset the ECU.
