Battery connections and earth wiring all ok
Sent engine control unit to atp for testing,it came back with a clean bill of health.Refitted back to vehicle and the fault has disappeared,maybe it was a bad connection on the control unit.Vehicle has now left the workshop for a trial period to see if fault reoccurs after several days,let you know in due course.
