Hi Roy your map value looks high to me 340 to 360 are about right 19" hg check for vac leak or high throttle plate position some thing making it rich mate,if your o2 is down to 0.1% if i read you correctly it would appear the cat is working but why is the co switching ,does the map value jump at the same time.nige..
