Citroen Picasso 1.6 8v - Non start, no fuel coming up to rail #

( Optional ) Engine Code: 1.6L 8v

Vehicle non start no fuel coming up to rail if I power fuse up, vehicle starts.

Autodata only info on older model which is powered off main relay I think this model could be powered off ecu anyone shed any light thanks in adv

I suppose you've already checked the fuel cut off switch but many people still forget about them, some models don't have one fitted but i think they are around the o/s/f inner wing bear to headlamp.
