Have high emissions, have replaced the cat and the vehicle broke up the new cat within a few hours, have plugged the vehicle in and have got the fault code of 00537 using the snap-on solus scanner, have checked supply and voltage to lambda, air mass, CO high at idle but makes at 2500rmp, have removed pannel on the top of the intake manifold and it looks like there should be some flaps on the rail but there is none, this rail is controled by a vacumn by the intake manifold air control solinoid which is working correctly.
