Citreon C3 1.4 KFV 2002 - Will not rev over 2500 rpm, hunts badley - Fixed #

Year of Manufacture *: 2002
Engine Code or Type *: 1.4 kfv
( Optional ) Scanner used: lexia

Called out to local garage who had just fitted clutch to above vechile Since fitting will not rev above 2500 rpm and hunts badley
No codes present checked for air leaks none
Throttle boby operates with ing. on but no movement on butterfly with engine running Live data shows body at idle part throttle and full throttle depending on pedal postion
I will be returning to garage tomorrow to do testing to TB and ACC pedal
In the meantime any input would be gratefully recieved as I go on holiday On Saturday Thanks Kevin

Scope crank sensor as Martin says, also check the wiring above the gearbox carefully.
A little surprised no codes !!

Thanks Martin and Kevin, Crank sensor had melted with the heat form customer riding the clutch but produced a reasonable scope pattern up to 2500rpm also short to ground on throttle body wires where the loom is held above gearbox by a metal bracket Thanks again.
