Vauxhall Corsa C 1.2 Z12XE 2001 - MIL on, code for oxygen adjustment #

Year of Manufacture *: 2001
Engine Code or Type *: Z12XE
( Optional ) ECU Type: Bosch Motronic
( Optional ) Scanner used: Texa Nav

MIL on, diagnostic codes read fault; Oxygen Adjustment.
We have seen this fault before but never managed a cure, this particular vehicle has had some prior work done; Coil pack replaced due to mis-fire. The lambda sensors appear to be working correctly. Any help would be much appreciated.
