Renault Megane 1.6 16v 2004 - Battery drain off, code P0627 - Fixed #

Engine Code or Type *: MOC
( Optional ) Scanner used: verus

HI all
have a 04 renault megane 1.6 16v battery will go flat overnight new battery fitted by customer scanned and found code PO627 fuel pump control circuit open,put amp meter on battery found 7.5amp drain off wiring loom okay can hear clicking from fuse box come control panel under bonnet near battery could i be right in saying pump relay is built into this panel,has anyone had the same prblem

Hi Barry

We have seen this fault before, fuel pump running constantly due to UCH failure.
Our customer traded the car in as it had failed before. hth

thanks for your help Glyn it was a uch failure £180.00 from dealer,and did'nt even need codeing in
