VW Passat 1.6 BLF 2007 - Fault code P0420 #

Year of Manufacture *: 2007
Engine Code or CC *: blf 1.6
( Optional ) Scanner Used: launch x431

I have p0420 fault code that keeps returning. So far ive replaced the cat and looked at both sensors on the live readings and everything looks normal, yet the fault still returns. Where do I go from here? There is only 50k kilometers on the car.

Have you asked the customer where they buy their fuel from???
