Looking for a little help with this one please. Car came to us a non runner. Checked for fault codes and found non stored. After a bit of investigation found that there was no spark on number 3 cylinder under cranking. Checked wiring back to ECU and found to be ok. There was no switch coming from the ECU to fire number 3 coil but 1 & 2 coils working fine. Replaced ECU with known good 2nd hand replacement with matching key chips. Coil 3 still not working but now working when actuated with kts. Check and cleaned all earth points. Checked cam and crank sensors with scoped, all ok. Rechecked fault codes but none stored.
