Ford Scorpio Cosworth 2.9 24V - Code 16 on PATS system? #

Year of Manufacture *: 1995
Engine Size and Code *: 2.9 bob

help, anyone have wds 2000,which may fault find code 16 on pats system no coms between pats and ecu,need wiring flow/connections etc,i have made a new engine harness from the 2 main connectors on o/s inner wing to engine and gearbox,this could be something i have got wrong,but who knows !.kts,autodata fords online systems do not cover pats wiring info unless anyone knows differant,car cranks,i have spark,fuel pump runs and injector feed is there,pats controls injection pulse through ecu, ??

Hi George, is it the early or late system?
I may have a schematic, but as far I remember the two are quite different.

hi mark,its 1995 with external pats,red key,which is the one that can not be by passed..
any help would be good,i have all the usual,even got a pass on to fords etis, but they protect pats information.!!

cheers mark,will contact you later,sent ecu away and its got a fault,it was ok before,!!?? anyway, when i get it back and fit it, if i still have issuses i will be in touch, thanks george.
