Ford Focus 1.6 2001 - Removing ECU #

Year of Manufacture *: 2001
Engine Size and Code *: 1600
( Optional ) ECU Type: eec v

after removing security clamp from ECU, then releasing 10 mm bolt the bolt is just spinning and the plug refuses to move !!! Any idea's.

Bolt goes loose for a while then push,s the plug off, keep turning. I have never counted, but 20 to 30 turns of the bolt needed.
