Alfa Romeo 147 1.6 2001 - Throttle fault, codes P0220 & P1221 - Fixed #

Year of Manufacture *: 2001
Engine Size and Code *: 1.6
( Optional) Fault Codes: p0220 p1221

Hi

Car came in in limp mode with faults for throttle pedal, Pedal substituted for known good one still in limp mode with 2 faults which will not clear P0220 pedal position sensor circuit and P1221 pedal position circuit 1, have check all connections and all seem good

Any help appreciated

Hi Wayne

If you have changed the pedal for a known good one then I would now go from the pedal and check all connections, open and clean any multiplug contacts

Failing that you will need a wiring diagram to check connections back to ECU
