Hi

Engine revs stay high when throttling off to change gear scanned but no faults any ideas

Has it got a fully electronic throttle butterfly ?

it can be re adapted with vcds not sure about solus pro though , have you looked for inlet manifold leaks or breather system leaks , they have some problems with check valves leaking.

Injector trim values may give you some idea for air leaks.
