Hi

Car came in for mot and service mil light on code P1292 electronic thermostat replaced stat and cleared codes passed mot emissions ok but i have noticed the o2 sensors are not in closed loop all the readings seem ok for air temp /coolant temp etc the o2 sensor before the cat is reading between 1.009 volts down to 0.999 volts not really switching the o2 sensor after the cat is stuck at .20 volts the heaters on both o2 sensors are working what am i missing the only thing that looks out of place is the air flow sensor witch does not go above 30mg what should i look for
