We have in a Mercedes cls350 petrol 2005 with the eml on. The fault codes relate to camshaft and crankshaft correlation. Does anyone know if these engines suffer from timing chain or gear issues before we go any further. To strip it down it looks like engine out, the car runs perfectly, has full service history and has got 58,000 miles on it. I got these fault codes using autodiagnos,
p1208 b6/5 right intake camshaft sensor b70 crankshaft sensor angular deviation of intake camshaft in right cylinder bank with respect to crankshaft
p1200 b6/7 right exhaust camshaft hall sensor b70 crankshaft sensor angular deviation of exhaust crankshaft in right cylinder bank with respect to crankshaft.
