Hi
I have a pug 207 gt 1.6 turbo petrol in my shop. Its only done approx 25,000km since new. The last owner drove it slow and little kms. My customer bought it and drove it 800 kms home when the fault light came on 120km into the journey. I sent him to the dealer and they said the manifold was blocked with black carbon and soot build up. They changed oil/filter and plugs. Put four spray cans of carbon cleaner through motor rest ecu.100km later it failed again.
It looses most of its power as if turbo no boosting. I scannned it and got turbo boost preesure too high recorded code. Sorry havnt got code as it weekend but will get back later.
Do you guys have any history on turbo faults in this model that may be usefull.
