BMW e46 318i 2003 - Code 27B8 #

Year of Manufacture *: 2003
Engine Size and Code *: N42 2.0
( Optional ) Scanner Used: Launch
( Optional) Fault Codes: 2782 27B8

Hi all
Had this E46 in with 3 codes and management lamp on. New post cat o2 sensor cured one but the other 2 wont clear.Launch says 2 codes, 2782 Camshaft sensor exhaust and 27B8 Differential pressure sensor, intake manifold-plausibility.
The Camshaft sensor has been replaced which has made no difference . I don't know where to start with the 27B8 code.
Any help please?
Emissions are all good (since the o2 sensor replacement) .Car has done about 50k miles.
Do these suffer with timing chain problems?

I'm sure someone will be along with more knowledge on these, but I'm sure these suffer from timing chain issues, so you may already be on the money.

What testing has been carried out with regard to the two permanent codes?

None really Mark apart from what I've already mentioned.
Thats why i'm looking for guidance on how to proceed.

Scope the CAM/CRANK and "go compare" ? it may help you prove your theory.

It is valvetronic.
I don't have a scope.
The car's not with me any more but I'll look at live data if it comes back.

With-out a scope !! and full understanding of Valvetronic i think you will struggle to fix this.
