Citroen C4 1.6 2005 - Non start #

Year of Manufacture *: 2005 (55)
Engine Size and Code *: 1.6
( Optional ) Scanner Used: Autel, modis

Does anyone happen to have a better wiring diagram for fuel pump than auto data?

This has no feed to fuel pump I can get it to run by power probing fuel pump

My aim first thing today is test for a feed a evap purge valve

After that it shows multifunction control module 2 with fuse box.
Is this something that's seperate and feeds can checked?

Any help appreciated

Hi Adam
I need the build code no from the A pillar sticker to get correct diagram

Done a few of these and it is usually the under-bonnet relay/fuse board, but needs checking to be 100%

my suspion was fuse board after only getting 2.4v to purge valve

Find correct pin position in fuse box and make sure that its not just a burnt terminal, They do suffer with faulty boxes and bad connections, We have replaced quite a few terminals for that sort of problem.

Traced wire back to fuse box and could get fuel pump to run by probing wire at fuse box.

Had 10.4v showing at fuse box with pump disconnected as soon as pump connected no voltage

So I took it at that stage that internal fuse box issue.

Priced part

Dealer told me needs coding too is that correct?

Anyway it was a job at our other garage I just had to go diagnose it

Told them what it is with breakdown on prices

Gave them a price of work done so far and give customer call
And see what they want to do.

Did find that a fuse was being supplied by a wire from a seperate part of the fuse box so it had fuse box trouble in past im assuming and someone's just botched it too keep it going

No programing required, dealer waffle. At very most there could be an alternator configuration to change.
