Citroen Berlingo 1.4 TU3A KFW 2008 - Non start #

Year of Manufacture *: 2008
Engine Size and Code *: 1400 TU3A kfw
( Optional ) ECU Type: sagem
( Optional ) Scanner Used: delphi/modis

Morning all. Please bear with me on this on. Berlingo petrol as above. Non start after overnight sitting flat battery. went out to van, fitted new battery turning over fine. Towed back to garage, bit of investigation no live feeds to fuel pump, injectors or coil, bingo. Traced back to fuse box, new fuse box fitted.
Cool you think, power now everywhere it should be,no start, plugs soaking of fuel. Ok, primary and secondary ignition, check.

Now we get into the fun (As i say my head is melted the now so maybe missing the obvious) Compression on all cylinders only 60psi over 5/6 seconds, pretty poor I would say but if you keep cranking goes up to 120psi, better. Timing checked, ok, removed exhaust manifold a bit in-case of blocked cat no better.

Next strange bit is injectors will only fire once on cranking and that's it, just on the initial turn of the key?
As i say compression is crap but why would this just happen overnight and the same on all cylinders?
Thanks for any help in advance. It seems like every job that has came through the door this year has been a nightmare,if I had hair left it would be pulled out.

I think the compression readings are a bit of a red herring due to petrol wash.

Any fault codes after cranking it?

No fault codes,had modis,delphi and autologic on it.

you say the injectors are firing only once, if thats the case why are the plugs soaked if you have a spark.

how is the fuel getting in there ?

i would dry the plugs out, and the cylinders and start with scoping cam and crank, and make sure you have a spark. at the plugs.

if you don't have a injection pulse when cranking, look to see if the injectors are power or ground switched and work out whats missing.

Do these suffer with immobiliser issues after flat battery like the earlier French junk?

Did someone try jumping it before you got there...possibly incorrectly?

I think I would be checking everything is matched up with regards to the immo/bsi etc first off for the time it takes.

could be a head gasket gone compression seems low

Sorry i edited post there and managed to delete it, i rechecked injector resistance and 2 of them are now open circuit so fault is pointing there now.

Now injectors are all reading the same - 12 ohms

Funny thing is they are firing then die away and then there is nothing from injectors.

Checked BSI settings and everything seems to match and key is recognised when cracking.

Here is captures of injector 4 cranking

Amperage is 0.7 amps

Have you changed the injectors around to see if the fault persists on cylinder 4. I'm know expert but i'm fairly certain that amperage waveform isn't correct.

I've had issues in the past with the wiring from the main multi-plug (under inlet manifold) upto injectors and run new wires up to an injector before and soldered into the wiring loom.

That's though if i've got the correct system where the injector loom is in a rubber casing and forms 1 complete sub loom.

a few thoughts.
1, can you put up the wave form for the secondary ignition along with the cam and crank wave forms.

2, it looks like the computer is switching of the injector/ injectors. or the computer is bad, do you have a 5v reference at the coolant temp sensor , map sensor ?

i think that the injectors are a distraction from the real problem.

some one else mentioned that a reverse polarity jump start was a possibility , hence the bad fuse box .??
