( Optional ) Scanner Used: Verdict
( Optional) Fault Codes: p0335

Hi, I have a astra from another garage, lacking in power. Fault code stored p0335 crank sensor incorrect signal, it has had a new crank sensor. I have scoped the crankshaft sensor the signal is good but am unsure of the complete wave from. Has any one got a good crankshaft wave form for this model so i can compare please. as i think the reluctor ring at fault. Please could you also tell me how to up load a pico screen shot so i can put it on here. Many thanks John

not what you asked for , but if the engine timing is off , you could get the fault code you have , can you do a relative compression test , with a ignition firing event to see if your timing is off ?

Thanks for the help.

Went back and looked at the ignition patterns and found fault in no.1 coil. Fitted new genuine coil pack and tested all good.
