Vauxhall Corsa X10EP 2007 - Codes P0134, P0300 & P0303 - Ongoing #

Year of Manufacture *: 07
Engine Size and Code *: x10ep

engine light not on but codes stored p0134 o2 sensor circuit range/performance intermittent
p0300 random cylinder misfire not present
p0303 cylinder 3 misfire detected
car is serviced every 6 months new plugs and coil pack fitted but on a long run the car symbol with spanner comes on and goes off no engine management lights on,customer says the car drives fine ?

check fuel trims
scope o2 sensor see how it's switching
scope MAF output.

Most likely it's a faulty MAF

You will need to reset trims after maf replacement

sorry chris there is only a air temp sensor in the trunking this is a x1.0ep engine

Ah ok, check engine vacuum then, and a leak test.

Have you scoped the lambda sensor?

new lambda sensors fitted about 4 months ago and genuine bosch I've been out for long drives and lights not come on and no codes stored,but the owner (elderly ) drives up the road to the garden centre and light light comes on and then goes off,and the codes are stored,i will get it back in next week and record some live data i have not got a scope.

You're probably going to struggle without a scope, you won't be able to check anything properly.

What is the lambda voltage, this is where you need to be concentrating first, and did you check the fuel trims and vacuum (map)??
