Peugeot 1.4 VTI EP3 (8FS) 2007 - Code P0114 Exhaust camshaft dephasing fault - Unresolved #

Year of Manufacture *: 2007
Engine Size and Code *: 1.4 EP3 (8FS)
( Optional ) Scanner Used: SNAP-ON
( Optional) Fault Codes: P0114

The above Peugeot was recovered in from another Workshop in bits. Customer said would not start other workshop out of there depth but manage to remove timing chain..
Fitted new chain and gears still no start.Remove head and refaced valves. Started o.k
But P0014 Exhaust Camshaft Dephasing fault coherance keep repeating.
Have fitted a new phaser control valve on exhaust and carried out auto-adapthation...
I think I am starting to get tunnel vision on this so open to any suggestion's..

Hi Mark,
Possible fault descriptions for that code are....

Insufficient oil pressure
Circuit blocked/frozen
Camshaft dephaser stuck

Unresolved Didn't get to the bottom of this. Customer took to Dealer still not fixed
