I remember them and what they looked like but we back in the 40's just had like a soup pot with a lid that we would just put some lard or crisco in the bottom and throw in the popping corn and heat till the popping stopped by shaking the pot and all this before Microwave came about that's much faster and sorta taste the same? Some of this new age stuff just ain't the same thou 'IMo'
