Good morning. Have some catching up to do on the posts. My debt ceiling allows for a sky light, much like the government's. Then the pain comes. Let me know how you like that air fryer RM. Still haven't gotten round to getting one. I'm just out of storage space until we get my pantry done, which isn't going to happen this month. Have a basketball game tonight so need to eat light so my tummy behaves. It's 63 here and beautiful outside but the humidity is still too high to make fudge. It has to be under 45% to set, but ideally under 37% for that perfect batch. Somebody on the internet said that the outside humidity didn't count, only inside, but I have heard differently. Sugar crystals will find any moisture they can to absorb (talking from experience).Well, y'all have a blessed day. Gotta check out the other posts.
