Good morning. What a coincidence. Stan told me last night he was in the mood for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich today. Well I used up all his crunchy peanut butter, that he likes, to make fudge (utoh) but I do have some smooth honey peanut butter in the cabinet that we haven’t tried yet. I will try to slip that by on him. And I’m out of grape jelly but I do have blackberry or blueberry preserves, which I prefer. I cannot imagine mixing mayo and peanut butter. You talked me into a mayo/banana sandwich once and I didn’t care for that. Looks like I have some planning to do. But I’ll toss a load of clothes in the laundry first while I ponder on this. Slept like a log last night for a change and had the best dream. Dreamed we almost bought a huge house on a beautiful blue lake in New York State, 15 minutes from the Amtrak station. It had a sports bar for the kitchen/dining room with a giant tv filling up an entire wall, a huge commercial kitchen for me to play in and your choice of booth, table or counter dining. It had a great room with a big stone fireplace and a view of the lake. Each bedroom was its own pod with its own long corridor entrance and had their own bathrooms plus an inground pool in each room. It was $235,000 but Stan was worried about how cold it got up there and how much it snowed. This house made its own electric power so heating it would not have been a problem. I think I had almost talked him into buying it and then I woke up. Sigh. Was that a preview of Heaven? Sign me up!
