Well, as mentioned earlier, Stan and I have started to try to get down our portion control and loose a few of these Christmas pounds. We started yesterday with a nice healthy salad for lunch. Today Stan said, since we've been so good we ought to treat ourselves to a meal out like at Olive Garden or something. This is why I have to shop in the Women's Plus size area of the store. Noooo, we're going to be good again today. I sure hope we'll be good today.
