Those renters don't seem to realize that their landlords also have to pay higher taxes and higher insurance rates and have to make up that difference somehow. Bung, can't you get chicken house "stuff" to put on your fields pretty cheap? I know it stinks but that's what they do down here. A lot. Yuck.
