Well, I had a late lunch of Stroganoff noodles with "beef" tips, mushrooms, and sour cream gravy & that I made.

Hubby had a Teriaki rice dish with little veggie/tofu dumplings. He said it was great, but he is always kind when I try new things for him

I have had a better day today by essentially doing nothing, at least with my left arm.
