Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Just got back from Jax - a sister who doesn't drive in Jax wanted to go to Sam's, so after her shopping trip, we got a sandwich at Newk's and just did beat the rain home. It only rained a little though and this area could use a whole lot more - just no wind, thunder or lightening. I have heard some folks say they like to sit on their porch and watch lightening storms. I am not one of those people. I guess it stems from childhood. My Mother used to go "pull the switch" which was on the outside of the house to turn off the current and then shepard us into the darkest room in the house to wait out any storm. Do any of you like to watch lightening storms? I do like to keep an eye on what is going on outside in bad weather, but from a safer location.
