I used to walk thru Hemmings Park ever morning by J.C. Pennys and Morrison's on my way to work at the old downtown Florida Times Union. There was a small Japanese American Restaurant close by that had the best Chicken Chow mien for lunch. Downtown Jax was the best back then W/ Christmas and the Store Windows and Cohen Brothers always won that contest. I could go on and on about that and The Beach's and the area down there KOOL
