A Train ran / smashed into a van of people say what? While there weren't crossing gates & Lights there was stop signs before cand at the track crossing saying what for. And the Van Driver ran the crossing and didn't stop so? Who rammed who? Just another case hint, hint, hint Of Guide lines and Rules don't mean squat to some bummer. You don't wanna mess with Texas or trains 'IMO' and a little common sense has become lame to some it seems.
