Eveready, you are correct there however, we followed the directions that my husband's friend gave him.😁😱All I know is it took a long time, weeks, and a lot of work juicing the scuppernongs. My husband told me they were Muscadines. They are good for wine making, I think maybe they are sweeter. Anyway, it was kinda fun and funny but cleaning up that wine in the kitchen with Clorox water, not so much. No more wine making.🍷
