For me there's nothing compared to a Fresh caught Gulf Mullet cleaned and cooked right?
If not on the menu. I go with the Flounder, or a freshwater pond raised Catfish.
Fried of course but have just recently having had a / my fill of Carpet Diving tried other ways of cooking bummer.
