Good Monday afternoon. Watched two Amtraks come into Tucson this morning. One was due in last night around 10:45 pm so when it came in at 6:30 AM this morning it was really late. Plus it had a big Union Pacific locomotive helping to pull the Amtrak locomotives. Obviously it wasn't have a good day. Well after that I made some tuna pasta salad, which both Stan and I like pretty much, especially in warmer weather. I'll serve it with peas and corn on the cob and plan on making some homemade chocolate chip cookies later. While that pasta tuna sat in the fridge to get nice and cool, I listened to my Scottish preacher give his daily sermon on Truth for Life. The guy can really be funny, especially when he teases us Americans a bit for how we do things. He talked about going to his football game and being amazed at cheerleaders who kept going out and saying, "You can do it, you can do. Yes, you can." And the team was getting clobbered. He said there was no way they could do it. It should have been obvious to those poor girls. Anyways, have sheets on the line and now I'll go feed a starving husband. Hope y'all have a blessed Monday.
