Good afternoon all you Whackos out in radio land. Boy howdy I miss the sound of Luddy's voice in the morning. But life goes on. Ok, y'all know I love the beach. Nothing is better than sitting in a folding chair with one's feet in the sand and an occasional wave coming along to cook your warm chubby toes. Well, why not create that feeling at home? All I need is a box with some sand for my feet, my white noise machine that makes sounds like waves, a squirt bottle of sunscreen so it smells like I'm at the ocean and maybe a spray bottle of water to squirt on my feet now and then. There's only one problem with this plan. Cats also like boxes with sand for their nefarious purposes. Maybe I could find one with a lid. This sounds like a workable plan. I may not get to enjoy the same sunrise and sunset as on the ocean but all in all that would be coming pretty close. I may work on this plan. So what are y'all doing? I have some chicken breasts in the Instantpot and I'll cook them up with some frozen stir fry veggies and then either put them over rice or in a fajita. Haven't made up my mind yet. Haven't decided on what sauce yet either. Sweet n'sour? Teriyaki? Any suggestions? I've already mopped the bathroom floor this morning so after we eat I think it'll be nap time.
