11 is fine, not too different or difficult to learn.
A few changes are just for the sake of change, I think. I was able to make some adjustments and have it similar to Windows 10.

You can Google some of it and then change the settings, appearance, etc.
BUT, if you just leave it and take your time the new set-up is pretty good too.
