She has gotten progressively worse.
They have tried several antibiotics, no effect.

Neuro Dr. wants an EEG to check brain activity.
If that looks okay, next would be a spinal tap to check for encephalitis.
This would be invasive and painful....so I don't know what will happen.

She is hallucinating all the time now, and has not slept for 48 hours.

They did finally prescribe a sleep/anxiety pill that we hope will let her sleep tonight.
