It is warming up nicely every day, though and I do love that.
Later today we are planning to get our camper loaded and ready for a church campout next month.
I was NOT on the committee choosing WHEN we go-would certainly not chosen the 3rd weekend of November!
Hubby just returned from a weekend backpacking trip to Bald River Falls near Tellico, TN
Had a good time, though he hasn't done one in years.
His pack was a little heavy and with his knees the return (mostly downhill) walk was worse, as anyone with bad knees will tell you, going down a steep hill or steps is worse than climbing, especially with a 40# backpack!
Anyway, he made it safely and after a hot bath & cool shower, he was snoring 😴 at 7PM!
