Read at the end of how he has to climb 132 steps to access his allotted position. The whole set up is antiquated.
When a group of us attended the High Court in 2011 for the legal proceedings requesting a proper inquest for Dr David Kelly (there was never an inquest - just the Hutton Inquiry into which the opening day of the inquest was subsumed by Blair and Falconer) we had to climb a narrow circular stone staircase and then sit on a narrow wooden plank from which we had no sight of the judge (Nicol) nor could we hear anything of the proceedings.
The High Court is just another neo Gothic pile like the Old Bailey. They are dumps.
