Yes indeed. And further, how much was caused by the measures taken to (supposedly) save lots of lives? And as I asked Dan earlier, why does the World Bank have as a pre-condition for loans to Belarus that they implement the covid measures as in other countries? And how many other loans are given out with the same conditions?
